Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AceIt Studios when you access or use Ace TMUA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given you permission to use Ace TMUA and make any purchase. A parent or guardian who permits a young person to use the service should help them understand these terms and any store purchase.

The service

Ace TMUA is an independent educational service that provides lessons, practice questions, mock papers, worked explanations, progress tools and related study features. Some features are available free of charge and others require an active Premium subscription.

The precise features available may depend on your app version, platform, location and subscription status. We may improve, replace or remove features where reasonably necessary while continuing to provide the core service purchased by active subscribers.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Accounts and Premium access are for personal use and should not be shared, sold or transferred. Some features may be used as a guest; guest progress is stored on that device and may be lost if the app is removed or its data is cleared.

Premium subscriptions

Premium can be purchased through the Apple App Store on iPhone or through RevenueCat Billing in the web app. The plans currently offered may include:

• Monthly: renews every month.
• Season Pass: renews every three months. The name “Season Pass” does not mean it is a one-off purchase.
• Annual: renews every year.

Available plans, local prices, taxes, trial eligibility and the billing period are shown before purchase. The checkout or store confirmation controls if it differs from general pricing shown on our marketing website.

Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The applicable billing provider charges your chosen payment method at confirmation and on each renewal. Any introductory offer or free trial is governed by the eligibility, duration and renewal price displayed before you confirm the purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an iPhone purchase through your Apple subscription settings. You can cancel a web purchase through Settings → Manage Premium in the web app. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you retain Premium access until then. Deleting your Ace TMUA account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple processes App Store payments and controls App Store refunds. Web purchases are managed through RevenueCat Billing, with Stripe processing the payment; contact us for help with a web-payment refund. Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation or other right you have under applicable consumer law. If a valid iPhone purchase is not recognised, use Restore purchases. For a web purchase, confirm you are signed into the account used at checkout, then contact us if Premium is still missing.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Ace TMUA for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• copy, scrape, republish, sell or systematically extract our lessons, questions, explanations or data;
• bypass access controls, interfere with security, probe the service for vulnerabilities or reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it;
• automate interactions, manipulate rankings, impersonate another person or disrupt other users; or
• upload or send material that is abusive, infringing, harmful or contains malicious code.

Educational disclaimer

Ace TMUA is an independent preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the official TMUA administrators, UAT-UK or any university. Our questions and explanations are original study materials and are not official examination papers unless explicitly stated.

We aim to keep content accurate and useful, but no resource can guarantee an examination score, university offer or admission outcome. You remain responsible for checking official dates, rules, specifications and admissions requirements with the relevant official bodies.

Content and intellectual property

Ace TMUA, its branding, software, design, lessons, questions, explanations and other content are owned by AceIt Studios or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study while these terms apply.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to operate and improve Ace TMUA without payment or restriction. You retain ownership of any material you submit, but you must have the right to submit it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ace TMUA available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security work, store outages, connectivity or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect the service.

We may update the app and its content. If we permanently discontinue a material paid feature, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected subscribers and respect any rights they have under applicable law and store rules.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ace TMUA at any time and can request account deletion from the app. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate misuse or respond to a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

Account suspension does not itself cancel a subscription. You should separately manage it through Apple or the web subscription portal, depending on where you purchased.

Stores and third-party services

Ace TMUA uses services supplied by companies including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, although this does not affect our responsibilities for our own service or use of providers.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for failures caused by matters outside our reasonable control, or for business losses arising from use of a consumer study service.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms to reflect changes to Ace TMUA, store requirements or the law. We will publish the revised terms here and update the date above. Where a change materially affects current users, we will provide reasonable additional notice where appropriate.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country, you retain the benefit of any mandatory local consumer protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
